Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your return package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original Flamingo box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned products, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
